great - i am glad you like the site - i also think it is an excellent way to get into the internet world of net-working - now to convince more women to join and to make use of this space.
as to your question - no, there are no specific groupings - easiest way would be to add women on this site (and elsewhere) as "friend" and then start networking with them....or jsut go through their profiles..
